🎯 Bounty UX Improvement

Thanks to @Azhong for actively using the Topic Bounty feature and reporting this issue 👏

• Fixed My Bounties showing unpaid bounties — Previously, pending (unpaid) bounties appeared in the "Active Bounties" list, which was confusing. Now only funded bounties are shown
• USDC unit display refinement — Smaller #USDC label text on bounty dashboard and topic cards so the amount stands out more

📊 Chart Improvements

• Price and percentage change now update correctly when switching time periods

• Chart colors adapt to light/dark theme

🔧 Other Fixes

• Fixed missing payment parameters on post page
• Fixed color opacity display issues across the site
