📚 User Guide System

A brand new guide center with three sections:

• Points Guide - Detailed explanation of how to earn and spend points: -2 for posts, ±1 for likes, +5 for completing the guide, +50 for referrals
• Features Guide - Quick tutorials on core platform features: posting, interactions, following, topics, and earnings
• Welcome Modal - Automatically shown on first visit after signup, with options to start the guide or dismiss

All guide pages remain accessible after completion for future reference.

🎁 Increased Referral Bonus

Invite friends to sign up and verify their email — both parties now earn +50 points (up from +10).

⚡ Performance Improvements

• Notifications and points history now use Turbo Frame for partial refresh, smoother pagination
• Fixed button hover text visibility issue in Light theme

🛠️ Other Improvements

• Improved text contrast across all themes
• Removed Chinese comments from code for internationalization consistency
