🛡️ Community Review Fixes — Appeal Window & Verdict Display Corrected (Mar 28)

Hey Pickful community,

We’ve shipped fixes to the community review system and updated the posting rules for topics.

🔧 Bug Fixes

1. Appeal window was inconsistently enforced

The appeal window is 24 hours, but submissions after hour 12 were being silently blocked — the page would redirect with no error message. This is now fixed. You can appeal anytime within the full 24-hour window.

2. Appeal outcome wasn’t reflected in the review record

When an appeal succeeded and the original verdict was overturned, the review page still showed “Removed.” The verdict now correctly updates after a successful appeal.

We’ve also corrected historical data for affected records — impacted posts have been restored to their proper status.

📝 Topic Posting Rule Update

Posts inside topics are no longer subject to the 10-minute rate limit.

Topics are focused discussion spaces and shouldn’t be throttled the same way as the general feed. Content quality in topics is enforced by community jurors — posting spam will trigger a community review, not just a cooldown timer.
